Every Placement

What comes with your puppy

Full Health Records

A complete record of every veterinary evaluation from birth — vaccinations, health checks, and vet sign-off before going home.

Registration Documentation

All paperwork required to register your puppy, provided at the time of placement.

Vaccination History

Age-appropriate vaccinations completed and documented before your puppy leaves. The record travels with your dog.

Personalized Care Guide

A written guide specific to your puppy's litter and parentage — not a generic handout. Covers nutrition, exercise, and what to expect in the first weeks.

Anne's Direct Contact

You leave with Anne's personal contact information. Questions about health, behavior, or anything else are welcome for the life of your dog.

A Matched Placement

You aren't simply purchasing a puppy. Every placement is the result of a conversation and a deliberate match — we don't hand off dogs to families we haven't spoken with.

A Dynasty Danes puppy is a considered purchase. We price our dogs to reflect what goes into producing them — not to compete with volume breeders. If that's the kind of breeder you're looking for, we'd encourage you to keep looking.

From Our Families

What families say

Most of our families stay in contact for the life of their dog. These are a few of their words.

  • We wanted to send you a note to let you know that Zena is doing very good adjusting to her new home. It is very obvious that she was loved and we promise to give her as much of our love and attention as we can. Thank you for letting us provide her with a home! You were a pleasure to deal with and we can honestly say by seeing how you do business and take care of your pets that we would buy from you again and again! Your dogs are very well cared for and it shows! I hope that we can continue to stay in contact. We will continue to love Zena with all our heart!

  • I purchased a brindle male puppy from Anne on January 18th, 2009. We met halfway from her home and mine in which was about a 5 hour drive for both of us. That was such a great thing for her to do. He is a beautiful dog. He has great temperament and personality. My kids named him Ozzie. Anne had done the worming program and had his 1st set of shots done when we picked him up. I took him to the vet, in which he says he will be a large dog and was bred very well. He also stated that he never had seen such a thick coat on a Dane and that the worming program was top notch. In my search over the internet I found Dynasty Danes. I had a lot of questions and nervousness finding a puppy online. Anne answered every one promptly, sent pictures and talked enough to me about things that made me comfortable in going through with it. I am so happy I did. He is a great Great Dane.

The Process

How to reserve a puppy

01

Start a Conversation

Reach out by phone or email and tell us about your home and what you're looking for. No forms, no commitment. You hear from Anne directly — not an automated response.

02

Get Matched

We don't place puppies first-come, first-served. Once we know your family, we guide you toward the dog that fits — based on temperament, lifestyle, and coat preference. Not just what's left.

03

Reserve with a Deposit

A deposit holds your puppy and is applied in full toward the purchase price. We walk through every detail before anything is requested — timing, what's included, and what to expect before go-home day.

Common Questions

Answers before you ask

What does a Dynasty Danes puppy cost?

Our pricing reflects 25 years of breeding expertise, comprehensive health evaluation, and ongoing breeder support — not just the puppy itself. We discuss pricing directly during our initial conversation. Reach out and we'll give you a straightforward answer.

Do I need to be in South Carolina to purchase?

No. We regularly place puppies with families throughout South Carolina and North Carolina, and we're experienced in coordinating with out-of-state families. Distance has never been a reason a good match didn't happen.

How does the deposit work?

A deposit secures your place and is applied in full toward the purchase price. We walk through every detail — amount, timing, and what happens if plans change — before anything is requested. There are no surprises.

What does my puppy come with?

Full health records, vaccination history, registration documentation, a written care guide specific to your puppy's litter and parentage, and Anne's direct contact for questions throughout your dog's life. That last part isn't a formality — most of our families stay in touch for years.

How do I know this is the right breed for my family?

That's exactly the purpose of our initial conversation. We don't place a puppy until we understand your home, your experience with large breeds, and what you're actually looking for. If a current puppy isn't the right fit, we'll tell you plainly rather than push a placement.

How soon do I need to decide on a Spring 2026 puppy?

Go-home date is April 2026 and families are being confirmed now. Once a puppy is reserved, that spot is closed. If you're seriously considering one of these dogs, earlier contact gives us more time to have a real conversation — not a rushed one.
